How It Works:

your detailed information, we assist in listing your travel products and
services on DestinationBrochures.com
at no cost to you.
- Visitors
to DestinationBrochures.com may request your brochure to be automatically
emailed to them in PDF format or delivered by you via U.S. Postal service.
- DestinationBrochures.com emails the visitor’s contact information directly
to you.
Cost
To demonstrate the
value of your placement, the first month of listing is completely free! After
30 days, DestinationBrochures.com charges $35 per month with a six-month
minimum. You have the option of choosing up to three categories for placement
of your brochure.
Formats Accepted:
Photos
– 1 Photo in digital format .jpg, .bmp, or .tif. The photo does not have to be
in print quality, it only has to be 72 dpi. Your large photos will appear as
600 pixels wide. It will be resized by our staff to thumbnail size for use in
search results display. It can be a photo, logo, or composite of both.
Formats Not Accept:
Works,
Publisher, Word Perfect, PowerPoint, Quark XPress, PageMaker, Microsoft Word,
or plain text document are not accepted.
Title:
The
title may be up to 100 characters in length.
Short description:
A
short description is used to entice the visitor to learn more about what your travel
business or destination has to offer. The short description can be up to 150
words in length.
Long description:
The
long description is a more detailed explanation of your travel business or
destination. This is where you really sell the visitor on your location or
service as the ideal vacation purchase. The long description may be up to 750
words in length.
Note: Neither the title, short or long description may
contain any contact information including phone, fax, email, address or web
address.
Limitation of Liability:
The limitation of liability shall prevent recovery of direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages
(even if Destination Brochures, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of
such damages), including, without limitation, the costs of procurement of
substitute goods or services, lost profits, or lost data, and shall prevent the
recovery of such damages related to other services or goods received through or
advertised on the Products and Services, or received through any links provided
in the Products and Services. Such limitation shall apply with respect to the
performance or non-performance of the Products and Services, or any information
or merchandise that appears on, or is linked or related in any way to,
DESTINATIONBROCHURES.COM.
Under no
circumstances shall Destination Brochures, Inc. be held liable for any delay or
failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature,
forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation,
internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment
failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor
disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or
materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of god, war, governmental
actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of
third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
